Radipole Properties obtain quotations before the approval to any works to the property. We try to remain financially prudent at all times.

Provision of quotations for all works where necessary
Organising and Project Management of repairs and works to the building
Obtaining of quotations for repairs
Appointment of contractors on behalf of the client
Health and Safety, and Fire Safety, Inspections

We make regular visits to the property to check upon the condition of the building, internally and externally. In addition, we report back on our findings and keep in regular contact.
